Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Talle piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@talle.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free from makeup, fragrance, or marks

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received.

Store Credit

You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
